Women’s Business
Being a woman…..
Our bodies are designed to self-repair, self-renew, and self-regulate – but with our stress-filled, sedentary life-styles, polluted environment and food supply, most of us experience some level of dis-ease and imbalance.
Yoni Steaming
Also known as a Vaginal steam, a V-steam or pelvic hydrotherapy, Yoni steaming is an effective and relaxing way to promote female health and foster a deeper connection with your womb.
Yoni means sacred space or temple in Sanskrit and In Hindu culture it is associated with the worship of the goddess Shakti. It is a word that describes the female genitalia.

Womb Therapy
Womb Therapy is a body-based healing practice rooted in the traditional medicines of South America.
It offers holistic care for the womb space , supporting the physical, emotional, and energetic body through abdominal massage, womb massage, uterine realignment (rebozo and reversal work), steaming, and warming therapies. These practices restore circulation, regulate the nervous system, and bring balance back to the pelvic bowl.
This work supports women navigating menstrual challenges, postpartum recovery, fertility journeys, pelvic misalignment, or emotional tension held in the belly.
Through presence, gentle inquiry, and storytelling, we honour your cycles, experiences, and transitions. It is not conventional talk therapy, but embodied witnessing — where the body is listened to as much as the words.
Listen to your body - Dis-ease is the body’s way of telling us that we need to slow down, nourish and find balance.
